Supplementary Video 3: Two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiogram with agitated saline test. Using a parasternal long-axis view, an agitated saline test was performed through injection via the left antecubital fossa. (A) Initially, no agitated saline was seen, and a dilated coronary sinus was appreciated. (B) Following injection of agitated saline, the coronary sinus became opacified first, (C) followed by the right atrium (not shown) and right ventricle; this is suggestive of a persistent left superior vena cava. Immediately following opacification of the right ventricle, (D) the left atrium was soon opacified from the superior portion, suggestive of an intracardiac shunt.
